This depends on what your looking to achieve how focused you are and what needs you have. It may even be a combination of both. I'd be happy to discuss and provide some advice.
Not if you don't want to, an important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout from my personal studio, outside or even from your own home we'll set up a plan that works for you. I have a well equipped studio gym for client sessions, plus I can advise to help you plan for home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
From any fitness angle you should aim to be do at least 3 days of moderate exercise per week. For Personal Training it is recommended a minimum of two sessions per week. However, you can always mix and match. For instance, one Personal Training session and 2-3 group exercise classes or home workouts. It really is up to you.
Any cancellations will require 24 hours notice to obtain a refund or transfer to another date with the exception of Personal Training, which will still require 24 hours notice to transfer sessions but no refund will be given once bookings are made. Of course we are all human and in certain circumstances, we will show discretion.
